Second event of the “Di nota in nota” series

Here comes the second date of the “Di nota in nota” series: events, concerts and talks that will lead us to the Orchestra Mozart Festival in April 2018.

The event will take place on December the 16th at the Accademia Filarmonica di Bologna (via Guerrazzi 13) and the programme is most articulated! We begin at 4 pm with a guided tour to discover the many wonders of Palazzi Carrati: the halls, the collections with ancient instruments and memorabilia, the archive with invaluable documents such as the famous Mozart’s homework, the original manuscript of Rossini’s Cenerentola and much more. The guided tour is free but the number of participants is limited; to book your place write an email at info@accademiafilarmonica.it

At 6 pm we have the pleasure to host a talk with Luca Ciammarughi - pianist, writer and speaker at Radio Classica - and the violinist Giacomo Tesini. Together they will talk about the history of the Orchestra Mozart, the early concerts, the great recordings and the April festival. The event is free!

N.B. On the Immaculate festivities, the Accademia Filarmonica office will be closed. We will confirm the reservations for the guided tour on Monday, December 11 and we will follow the order of arrival of the emails.

The third "Di nota in nota" event will take place on January 20 at the Accademia Filarmonica and will see as protagonists the OM's flautist Mattia Petrilli and the musicologist and music critic Giordano Montecchi.
