The concerts scheduled for September 2023 in Bologna have undergone a date change: the two events will be held on September 18th and 19th, and not on September 18th and 20th as previously announced.
All subscribers will be able to use the ticket they hold to attend the concert on the new date.
Likewise, those who have already purchased a ticket for September 20th can use the same ticket to access the rescheduled concert on September 19th, 2023.
Refund policy: both subscribers and ticket purchasers who are unable to attend on the new date may request a refund in cash or through a voucher, which will be valid for 18 months, by contacting the Philharmonic Academy Secretariat at segreteria@accademiafilarmonica.it or by phone at +39 051 222997 (Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm) before Friday, September 1st, 2023.
In the case of refund requests for subscriptions, the refunded amount will be equivalent to the cost of the individual concert that has been rescheduled. Any Vivaticket service charges for tickets or subscriptions cannot be refunded. If a cash refund is requested, please provide your IBAN for reimbursement.
A copy of the purchased ticket or subscription must always be attached to the refund request:
Starting from Monday, September 4th, all tickets for which a refund has been requested will be cancelled and seats will be put back on sale. As tickets will remain valid until that date, it is possible to cancel a refund request that has already been sent until September 1st, 2023.
The September programs will see Beethoven as the main protagonist: in fact, symphonies No. 4 in B-flat major, Op. 60, No. 5 in C minor, Op. 67, No. 2 in D major, Op. 36, and No. 6 in F major, Op. 68 "Pastoral" will be performed. The concerts are part of the #ciclobeethoven: a project that sees the Orchestra Mozart and Maestro Daniele Gatti committed to performing the entire cycle of Beethoven's symphonies over three years, from 2022 to 2024. For the realization of the project, the Ferrara Musica Association has offered the Orchestra Mozart an artistic residency, which will therefore be its guest until 2024.
